Chelsa Decoursey joined Alford & Associates at the beginning of 2022. Her position as implementation coordinator is vital to ensuring that our client relationships start on a successful footing. Chelsa is responsible for onboarding all new clients, as well as creating and managing their accounts.
The rapid-fire pace of our implementation timelines keeps Chelsa on her toes, but her acute attention to detail and dedication to her clients ensures everything is done right and completed on time.
Chelsa is a creative problem solver, always looking for better ways to get things done for our clients. That coupled with her strong work ethic help to keep our clients happy and our accounts in order. Outside of work, she enjoys spending as much time outside as she can with her husband and family, particularly when it comes to fishing or gardening.
Chelsa pursued general studies at Delgado Community College and Fletcher Technical Community College.
