For nearly a decade, Katrina Verrett has been the smiling voice our clients have heard on the phone. As receptionist and operations assistant, Katrina is often the first to greet visitors as they walk in the door as well. Her welcoming personality and extroverted nature make her easy to talk with, and our clients always know she’ll be there to listen.
Being organized is a top priority for Katrina and a necessary skill in managing the variety of tasks required to work in the front office.
Professionally, Katrina is passionate about doing the best job she can, getting all her tasks done in a timely manner and guiding clients to the right resources within Alford & Associates. Personally, she is passionate about being the best version of herself she can be – whether at work or at home.
Speaking of home, Katrina is the mother of three and a grandmother, so she looks forward to family time. In fact, the family-oriented, flexible environment is what first drew her to Alford & Associates. Katrina is a 2000 graduate of Ellender Memorial High School. She also attended Nicholls State University.
