Since 2012, Noel Henry has managed open enrollments, processed new applications and handled all insurance-related issues as a service representative. Noel came to Alford & Associates with 21 years of experience working as a paralegal, claims adjuster, risk manager and employee benefits administrator.
Her unique background and experience in employee benefits administration bring a fresh perspective and deep well of knowledge to our clients on how the relationship between a customer and insurance agent should work. In fact, Noel has always been the kind of person who looks after others and constantly finds ways to help those around her. She brings this same passion and personal investment to her clients.
Away from work, Noel spends time with her friends, her grown son and her two granddaughters. She is a 1985 graduate of Vandebilt Catholic High School and a 1991 graduate of Nicholls State University.
